Carl Thomas provided excellent service. He was timely with his updates, extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done and a pleasure to work with. I’ve only taken my vehicle to Lancer twice, but both times I’ve received top-level service and quality work. I’ll definitely be back.

I was also pleased with not having to deal with the towing company..the bill was included with yours. (btw the guy at budget towing was great!). You guys let me know the estimate next day and the final bill was right on. I also like your evaluation of my truck and what work should be done. If Lancer Auto service was incarnated into a kitten, I would feed it only the best foods, laugh at all its jokes, and most of all love it like a unicorn mother loves her offspring (a lot).

I never thought i would ever become a fan of an auto repair company. But, these guys do it right. I used to bring my car to the dealer, but the last few times I realized how commission based the dealerships are. they don't care about fixing your car they just care about making their numbers. The Lancer guys have a sense of pride in their work. You can tell they want to help you fix your car, even if the fix is a minor one. They're not going to gouge with extra work, because they know you'll be back to them after you've had them work on your car. And they know people like me will be writing a review on Google for people like you to read. They just get it.

I have worked with Lancer several times, always in crisis. They have always been incredibly kind and helpful. Spoke with a man named Carl who seems especially knowledgeable. I have only received one estimate on repair of my vehicle from them and, although higher than used to coming from rural IA, it was competitive with local service centers.
