I called Carl and told him that my 1994 BMW needed to make a roadtrip from MN to Georgia.. The vehicle having some major issues, I thought it was a longshot and would have to examine other options getting the car to make it! sure enough Carl let me know that with some TLC they would have me and my old BMW on the way! they got it done in 2 days and I can say now that I had no concerns the whole road trip and the car made it with no issues! Lancer and Carl are awesome!

Very cordial, understanding, and HONEST. He was able to purchase the air control valve for UNDER "MSRP"...work was done the next day (due to the fact there was only ONE available within 1 day shipping distance)....he drove my car under normal temp and then again under freezing...(you know our MN winters, one day was 50 degrees, the evening was 25 degrees) to make sure everything was OK. Just the greastest! Thank you again!!!!!!!

I have been to several auto repair shops since buying my first car many years ago, no other shop compares to the knowledge and dedication of Lancer Service. I started going to Lancer for an oil change on my Audi and they quickly became the only shop I trust to do all my maintenance and repair- the mechanics and service writers knew more about my car than the dealer! The shop is immaculate and so is the service, I truly cannot say enough about how great Lancer Service is. Highly suggest everyone with a car or truck stops in, if even for a set of wiper blades! As soon as you walk in to Lancer it's obvious customer care is a top priority

I'm very particular about the service I receive on my car, and it's been great for me to find people at Lancer who are as concerned about my car as I am! They are more than willing to put as much effort as necesary into making sure that my car operates at it's best. They also invested a lot of time into answering my questions and addressing my concerns. In addition to all of this, I received follow-up calls to make sure I was satisfied with the work done on my car. The people at Lancer are extremely professional and very knowledgable. For the first time in a long time, I feel that I can leave my car at a garage without being concerned about whether or not I'll get good service. In this case, I got exceptional service. I would give them six stars if that were possible! I have taken my vehicles to Lancer's for over 30 years and they have never disappointed me. They have my complete confidence and I value their advice. What I like the most is that even their most junior employee has many years experience, all of whom really care about serving their customers as they themselves would want to be served (knowing the owner's expectations, he wouldn't have it any other way). Most recent of many examples involved some very annoying rattles and squeaks that the dealership wasn't able (or interested) in locating and fixing. Understanding how important this was to me, the fellow in charge of my service (co-owner of shop) made it his mission to find and fix them. Not many service providers consistently achieve this level of excellence.

I have the upmost confidence in Lancer Service every time I bring in my 2004 Lincoln LS. Their staff is friendly, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. Don't be afraid to ask the simplest of questions. They communicate and explain very well to the customer the services they've done, need to be done, and to be performed for the future. Also, their facility is always clean which tells me they care. I strongly suggest Lancer Service to anyone who has car trouble or is looking for a new place to service their vehicle.

Lancer is the best! As a former customer of Lancer's of more than 15 years, I was recently reminded how great they really are! Long story short, I recently relocated out of state. Upon arrival to my new city, I found what I hoped to be a trustworthy, dependable family owned shop. I brought my car in for a few routine maintenance visits with no problem. The problem arose when my check engine light came on. They were unable to properly diagnose the issue. Instead, they told me what the problem might be and gave me a choice between repairs varying in price from $800-$1000. I felt uneasy about the whole situation; something didnt seem right. I called Lancer in a panic and explained the situation in detail. One of the Lancer technicians talked me through it; he took the time to ask questions and provide expert feedback. In the end, with assistance and guidance from the Lancer team, an alternative diagnosis was uncovered and I was able to fix the problem for less than $100. What a reminder of how Lancer really is the best of the best! When it comes to service and expertise, they set the bar. I cant imagine the outcome of this situation if it had not been for the support of Lancer! THANK YOU!
