If you want Honest, Personal and Quality service I'd strongly recommend Lancer. From the owner on down everyone treated me like I was their best customer. They do a awesome assessment of your vehicle and give you their findings. The best part is there isn't any pushy sales for any of their services recommended. They simply give you the information and let you make all the decisions. If you have questions they are more that willing to answer them for you. They give a very accurate and detailed estimate of the work they plan to do so you are completely informed. I had a vibration in my truck and previous attempts at other service centers didn't fix the problem. I just happend to attend a seminar done by the owner of Lancer and could tell they offered Honest Service. I sent an e-mail to the owner detailing my problem and from that point on made me feel like we'd been friends for years. They diagnosed the problem to still be from service I'd had done at another company. They recommended I take it back to that company to warrenty their work. It took a couple days to get it in at the other company. The other company stated that my drive shaft was fine and that I needed $1800 worth of work done on my rear differential. I told that company I'd call them back. It just so happened that the owner of Lancer called me to see what the other company had told me. I shared with him what they were recommending and he said do not have them do any work because my problem is not with the rear diff. Thank goodness for Lancer because as it turns out after brining it back to Lancer my problem was the drive shaft that the other company had built and put on my truck. I will never go anywhere else for service on any of my vehicles unless I'm stranded in another state. Everyone that knows me has heard how great Lancer and while they probably hope they never need to look forward to experiencing the AWESOME service that I told them about.

The service was excellent. My Ford Expedition was stranded downtown St Paul during below zero temperatures. I thought it would be a long-shot to have my vehicle received, serviced and completed during busy winter weather. Lancer was able to pick my vehicle up and service the same day! I compared pick-up, service, parts and labor costs to the local Ford Service Centers and Lancer was below the dealer costs and time. The Service Manager Kevin was very courteous and kept me informed throughout the day. I highly recommend Lancer for your vehicle service.

I live in Seattle and work in MSP. I first visited Lancer Service after buying a POS elsewhere and reading the awful reviews for another business named by two first names. I could tell when I was on the phone with the owner that these guys sounded legit. They looked over my POS thoroughly, gave me all the terrible news, and showed me pix of all the problems. They didn't do any work on it but recommended to get that thing back to the seller. That built trust. Later I brought my much nicer Xterra in after buying that used, 100k miles. They gave that a great look too and recommended about $1000 worth of work, including a battery, serpentine belt, water pump, etc. Again, they showed me the actual problems if I wanted to see them, and I could. I did most of the recommended work and they stayed right on the estimated price. I came back for more work after my battery died (my fault for leaving the car outside over the winter w/o starting it) and they took care of me immediately, since I had to get to the airport. They replaced the battery discounted the work greatly even though it was my fault. I always see the same guys there; the owner, his son, and the other dudes. There is low turnover, its a clean shop, free wireless for me to do this review. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Knowledgeable, fair, professional, classy.

I found this shop through the dealer locator for toyo tires. I went to this shop because of the amazing reviews on here and i must say they are well earned. there shop is clean, well organized and filled with helpful mechanics. In the couple hours i was waiting there i watched them cycle through the repairs, doing the shipping, ordering, receiving, and customer service with the customers; I have never seen a more well oiled machine than there front counter. I have always been a fan of tires plus but THIS shop is the new destination when ever i need something done. My service was just a tire install but they were willing to wait 5 days for me to get new rims with out a second thought, storing the tires i had ordered in there shop, scheduling and rescheduling appointments to fit my shipping time frame and both times i stopped by 15 min before there were open and they were already there, doors open, compressors on, working on the projects. I think it says a lot about a service center if they get there early to do work. We were unsure if the tires i ordered would fit my beater truck and they were willing to go the extra mile and do fender cutting to ensure a rub free fit. this is the kind of custom work and get it done attitude that i want to find in an auto shop but i feel is sorely lacking from most establishments. I would highly recommend this place as your first stop when looking for a quality repair center to tell it to you how it is with out any BS.

I live and work just south of Boston, MA. After a friend at work was quoted a price for a repair at a local shop, I ran a google search to find some details for her. The search led me to Lancer's web page, and to a discussion of the exact issue. Apparently the Car Manufacturer (no longer in business) extended the warranty on the parts in question. The information on the site was INCREDIBLY helpful, but I had a few more questions so I thought, I might as well call and see if they don't mind answering them for me (even though I'm 1,000 miles away and can't bring the car there for service). The first women I spoke with was incredibly friendly and connected me to Kevin. Kevin took the time to discuss the issue with me in detail and gave me some advice for what steps to take next to try to get this covered by warranty - in addition, he actually told me to call him back if I had any other questions or anything else he could help with. This is truly the BEST service I think I've ever recieved from and auto repair shop (or just about anywhere for that matter). If I was even remotely close to Lancer, that's where I would bring my cars. Keep up the great work!!!! Dave

I called Carl and told him that my 1994 BMW needed to make a roadtrip from MN to Georgia.. The vehicle having some major issues, I thought it was a longshot and would have to examine other options getting the car to make it! sure enough Carl let me know that with some TLC they would have me and my old BMW on the way! they got it done in 2 days and I can say now that I had no concerns the whole road trip and the car made it with no issues! Lancer and Carl are awesome!

Very cordial, understanding, and HONEST. He was able to purchase the air control valve for UNDER "MSRP"...work was done the next day (due to the fact there was only ONE available within 1 day shipping distance)....he drove my car under normal temp and then again under freezing...(you know our MN winters, one day was 50 degrees, the evening was 25 degrees) to make sure everything was OK. Just the greastest! Thank you again!!!!!!!

I have been to several auto repair shops since buying my first car many years ago, no other shop compares to the knowledge and dedication of Lancer Service. I started going to Lancer for an oil change on my Audi and they quickly became the only shop I trust to do all my maintenance and repair- the mechanics and service writers knew more about my car than the dealer! The shop is immaculate and so is the service, I truly cannot say enough about how great Lancer Service is. Highly suggest everyone with a car or truck stops in, if even for a set of wiper blades! As soon as you walk in to Lancer it's obvious customer care is a top priority
