As I was leaving work on Monday, I discovered a major problem with my car. I was able to drive it to your shop, and arrived at 4:20 pm. Kevin and Greg assured me that they would take care of it, and Kevin offered assistance with another vehicle if I needed it. I received a call from Carl first thing Tuesday morning with an update, and the car was ready by the time I left work that day. When I first realized I had a problem, my only worry was how I was going to get to Lancer. I knew that once I got the car there, everything would be fine. You have taken excellent care of both my vehicles and me over the years, and I really appreciate that!
