New customer... I performed a search on Google, looking for a automotive shop to replace a (what I thought) was a bad power steering pump. As it turns out, the pump was still good and just needed some TLC. This saved me some money! I know there are other shops that would have just replaced the pump because I said it was bad. They also performed checks on many of my car's vitals, letting me know what items that are in need of service soon, and items that need attention eventually - rating each one. It's refreshing to find a repair shop that is so informative and trustworthy! I will continue to bring my vehicles to Lancer Service in the future, and will recommend them to my friends. Great service, quick, accurate. Best kept secret in St Paul

I can't say enough great things about Lancer Auto and their employees. We started going to them a couple years ago and I was skeptical because of the amount of money and disasters we had experienced at other places. Carl was up front and honest about the time and expense, and he didn't low ball in order to win the business. I appreciated his honesty and patience while I asked him to explain things to me. We have brought multiple vehicles here and they have been able to fix many different items; even ones the dealership couldn't figure out. I will continue to refer friends and family to Lancer Auto.

I brought our 2003 Subaru Forester in to correct a check engine code. The fuel filler pipe was rusted out. Lancer replaced the fuel filler for half what the dealer wanted for the same job. The check in/check out process was quick and friendly. This might just be our new shop for all servicing.

I have had numerous interactions with Lancer and have brought three cars their way. They treat your car like it's their own, and they value your business. They've offered me multiple solutions to problems I've had with cars, trying to fit with my budget, and they've also been crystal clear about what repairs are urgent and what can wait a season or so. I've even had them knock 100 dollars off of a repair because of a misunderstanding. They are also up front about what they can and can't do, and have referred me to Gregg's Auto Body for cosmetic work (and he's just as straightforward and accommodating as Lancer is). We live in Minneapolis and drive all the way across town to keep coming back to Lancer because they are trustworthy and family oriented mechanics. I can't recommend them enough.

Being a self-employed business owner myself, I truly now the importance of reviews. Good or bad. This place is a Big 5 Stars thumbs up! If you are searching around trying to figure out where to put your vehicles trust into, believe me, this is the place!I was recommended to go here by my brother-in-law from over in Wisconsin. He talks to all the gear head guys over there and this was the place to get a performance tuneup on his new Camaro. He was very satisfied with the custom tune and told me to get my new truck looked at from super tuner-Carl. Carl custom tuned my new GMC Denali 6.2 into a...., Much better performance truck than stock. His is very knowable and a easy guy to talk too. Don't hesitate to give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

You guys did an amazing job! After the repair my S4 feels like a new car. I've been to many shops with many cars but I got never a better service than with you.
