I trust the care of my car to Lancer, a friendly, family-run business. They identify and monitor "watch" items, and make sure I'm aware of whether an item needs attention now, or can wait. This helps me manage maintenance expenses appropriately . They're also very experienced with quirks of different makes and models, which helps me know whether to worry about a noise or a leak, or not; and they share their knowledge in a non-intimidating way. I appreciate that they work with me to manage the maintenance of my car, and take time to explain and educate. I also feel like they treat me fairly, and that I don't necessarily get "the female price". Plus, they had a well-mannered mascot dog in their shop, at least they did yesterday, and who doesn't love that?
